I have been using Majik Touch for 25 yrs.  No matter how difficult the fabric....every garment, bedding, window treatment, etc that I have dropped off is carefully tended to without one mishap and the owners make it a point to know their customers on a personal level!

Love the convenience of the lockers, but two shirts were damaged the last time we used this service. One shirt came back with a huge hole in it that they claimed was there when they received it. I really think I would have noticed a gash of this size, and I wouldn't have sent it to be laundered. The cuff of another shirt came back with small holes up along the cuff seam. We switched to another local cleaner.

I always get my clothes back in a timely manner and looking great! They pay attention to any stains and special requests I have for my items and I love the ease of being able to use the lockers outside of normal business hours.

I will never do business with them again. First, I gave them 3 men's shirts to be cleaned, and I was told that they would be ready on Wednesday after 4:30 and they were not. I was told that they had one ready and that they had forgotten to spray the collars on the other 2 so my order was not ready when they said it would be. I was told to come back the next day and that they would be ready. Second, I was not offered anything for my inconvenience. When I asked the manager about it, he got an attitude with me for something that they had done wrong. I told him that I would never do business with him again, and I was told that I could take the shirt that was done, pay for it, and take the other two shirts somewhere else. I have never experienced this type of customer service before. Needless to say, I will not be using this cleaners again.

They do a great job with dry cleaning! I've had my dress shirts and pants cleaned here and not only are they a reasonable price, there are no lingering odors after picking it up like some cleaners have. Very friendly staff and always busy!

DONT USE!!!! I have used them several times and this last time they mixed my pants up with someone else. These pants was the wrong size. I took them back and it took them them four weeks to get me an answer and i had to go by there  every week asking about my pants. I was patient with him and when the owner called me about my pants,  he told me that they don't mix pants up and there was nothing he could do about it. I stated that everyone makes errors and im ok with that. He said they don't make errors and he couldn't do anything about it!!!.

We have been using this business for several years now and I am always happy with their service.

Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The people are nice. However they didn’t do a good job cleaning the dirt around my collars and cuffs, and my shirts were not pressed properly.

Been coming here for 3 years now.  I have no complaints.  I come almost weekly and they take care of my dry cleaning how I expect.

Wanted to post to review and say that this cleaners does it great job, I haven’t been using them for that long, but everything I have received back has been the way I wanted it, including heavy starch on my shirts and also pressed correctly.
The problem I have at this cleaners it’s filthy. Let’s start with the outside when you park your car and you walk in you’re walking through tons of half smoked cigarette butts all over the ground. What a freaking turn off don’t you at least bother to sweep them up if you have to have employees that smoke outside… Or do you?
Common sense would tell me it’s not the public because there’s just too many butts all over and I would not imagine that would be here and not anywhere else you go.
I also love this opinion because the other day when I picked up my shirts, they were a couple of women sitting inside the cleaners so they were only half seen behind the counter. Neither one of them acknowledged me because they were heavily into a conversation and one was a vaping!!
What the hell?!  So well, they were busy talking some other younger girl waited on me. I believe that you are a good dry cleaners but come on people get your act together!!

I have taken 3 comforters to here and they have all been messed up. I just picked up a comforter today and it was messed up. This does not make sense. If you can’t dry clean a comforter it would be best to just tell the customer it can’t be done.

I moved out of a home that had a terrible smoke smell. Masters Mark was able to get the smoke smell out of all of my suits and dress shirts at a reasonable price and it only took a couple days. The staff is nice and is very fun to talk to and I've never had any issues with anything the couple of times I've went. Will return for regular dry cleaning.

They have always done a solid job, and only on a few rare occasions were late.  Those occasions were out of the ordinary types of items (wedding dress, comforter, stained) .

I've been going to this Cleaner for over 9 years and i have never had a doubt in my mind about them.  When i had to attend my grandfathers funeral and the funeral of my best friend who died in Afghanistan i took my suit to the cleaners to get it pressed nicely, and it was perfect.  Later on i had to attend my brother-in-law's wedding in August and i had my $1,300 tuxedo pressed and it was perfect again.  Then when i had my own wedding i went the white dinner jacket and black pants route, she pressed my jacket and pants perfectly and it couldn't have been better.  She is the sweetest women around Simpsonville and whoever else does work back there is a master at what they do and truly cares about their customers.

So happy we found this place ! Close to home and they do a wonderful job 😊

I will never use this dry cleaner again! I had to make 3 different visits to pick up my clothes. The first time they were not ready because the owner went out of town. The second time one of my dresses had to be sent to seamstress because they messed up the hem. On the second visit I was promised a discount only to be told on the 3rd visit the discount couldn't be approved because the owner couldn't be found. And instead of giving me the discount asked me if I want to leave my clothes and come back the next day for the 4th time and maybe I would get the discount then! Would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone!

I have used this cleaner for 8 years with no issues. It evidently has gone under new management/owners and I will never use them again. I picked up my laundry today and literally felt like I got robbed. They have raised the prices significantly and the lady there had to call someone regarding my tickets and rudely spoke in a different language that I could not understand. Very unprofessional.

I do not recommend this place at all!!

My husband and I have been going to this cleaners for over 3 years and the owner had always been nice and accommodating until my recent experience.  I had a dress dry cleaned here at the end of last summer, and when I picked up the item I placed it in my closet for next summer.  A couple days ago I peeled off the clear plastic to put on this dress and noticed it was heavily stained.  I brought it back to the cleaners asking if they might know what happened to it and if they could try to clean it.  The owner got rude and defensive and started yelling at me that this dress was cleaned a year ago and he will not even touch it.  It was sad seeing this rude side of this owner come out instead of offering me some help. I don’t know what caused the stain but I did not drop it off like that and all I was hoping was for him to offer to try and clean it again and try to get the stains out, but all he did was yell at me.  I live in the area and will make sure to warn of my family and friends.  Lesson learned, even if you use a cleaners for years don’t just trust they cleaned it right, always check upon pick up.

I just moved to the area and selected this dry cleaners as a place to frequent due to convenience. So far I’ve been here two months and have not had any issues. The only complaint I have is the prices are higher than anywhere I’ve lived in the past.   Over $5 for a pair of men’s dress pants.  Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL or Raleigh, NC.  Service is good, ready when promised and convenient hours and location.

I have been using OM Cleaners for over 2 years now. The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating. Always on time and our clothes have never had issues. They have mended zippers on pants as well. We are very happy with the service OM provides.

I am new to the area. Due to close proximity of my home I chose to give this establishment a try. Having been there only three times, I will likely not return. The prices are unacceptable as they are higher than I have been accustomed to paying for basic dry cleaning services. Atlanta’s well established dry cleaning services (specifically - Dunwoody area and the Perimeter Mall area) were far more reasonable for basic dry cleaning services. The owner as well as one employee have not earned my ongoing business due to rude, disrespectful behavior. What a shame!

I am skeptical of dry cleaners in general since two corporate owned cleaners "lost" my clothes since they did not do the cleaning "in house".

I saw that OM Cleaners was privately owned and the clothes were cleaned on site. I was impressed not only with the professionalism of how they addressed me when I walked in the door, but also how my clothes were treated - with respect. Usually, cleaners will pin tags through your clothes, damaging your clothes -no pins were inserted into my clothes but logically attached to the tags.
